Haultech Engineering Pty Ltd (the Manufacturer) warrants to repair, free of charge, Icepack air conditioning units if defects in the manufacturers materials or workmanship appear in the unit under normal use during the first twelve (12) months of operation.

Provided that:
The owner returns the unit to the manufacturer for repair transportation prepaid.
The unit is installed by the manufacturer or by an agent authorized by Haultech Engineering Pty Ltd.

The unit has been properly and reasonably used, operated and maintained.

Haultech Engineering's sole liability for a defect of the Icepack air conditioning unit under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the unit at the manufacturers discretion.

Not covered by this warranty:
Loss of time or other incidental charges such as telephone calls, car rental charges, hotel bills, etc.
Defects in, or the replacement of, products, accessories, and parts that were not supplied by the company.

Failure resulting from the operation of the unit after the owner knows, or has reasonable cause to believe, that the unit is defective in anyway. It is the direct obligation of the owner of the unit to immediately notify the selling dealer regarding any evidence of unusual operation of the unit.

Failures resulting from misuse, negligence, modification, accident, use of parts not approved by Haultech Engineering Pty LTD or the lack of performance of required maintenance services. It is the responsibility of the owner to keep maintenance records as in some instances it may be necessary to substantiate that the maintenance has been performed.

The cost of maintenance, adjustments, installation and startup.

Failures due to normal wear such as blocked filters and broken belts.

Units that are altered or modified without the approval of the manufacturer.

Failures caused by defects in the system or the vehicle to which the unit is fitted.

Overtime labor or down time expenses incurred by the owner.

Contamination of the refrigeration system.
